From the very beginning, we decided to brand the heck out of Full Armor Inc.’s new logo. In these two pieces the shield is highly visible and the messaging is clear and concise. The brochure features a tear-off partition at one end that can be filed away for future reference. I think the stark colors really present a professional, serious tone, which lends itself nicely to a home inspection agency.

Full Armor Inspections, LLC is a new home inspection service in Tennessee looking to position themselves as a trusted, reliable service available to homeowners in the area. Prospective home buyers are given a selection of marketing materials from multiple inspection services (as required by state law) from their real estate agent. Full Armor’s intention is to have a powerful brand that will help them stand out from the others.

Have you ever heard the story of the cowboys in the old wild west that went off-trail to track down some stray cattle, only to stumble upon a lost city built into the cliff walls they were standing upon? read more

Ah yes. This was a t-shirt design I was commissioned to do for the Springfield Junior Blues a few years back. I was a junior in high school when this team was in its inaugural year in Springfield. I still chuckle when I think back to when we’d see some of those guys walking around with inverted mohawks after suffering their rookie initiations. They’re a fun team to watch play.

This was for a t-shirt design a few years ago. Goalies really are fun to draw. All of those huge pads, cool helmets, and crazy poses when they make saves (or miss, in this case) really offer up some prime illustration potential.

These are sellsheets for a client specializing in selling clutches, or mini-purses. His concern was to brand them as a high-end fashion accessory, so the design was suitably tailored as such.

In 2007 I had the opportunity to help redesign the company’s identity pieces. While remaining conservative design-wise with a touch of color to accentuate the corporate brand, the finished piece is used globally in all of their subsidiaries.
